Thyme & Co Café

Eimear has worked all around the world catering as she has travelled. From an early age Eimear got the cooking bug from her aunties and uncles and went on to qualify as Chef. From working in Belfast & Dublin she got itchy feet and has gained a wealth of experience from around the world from Colorado to Melbourne. Along this journey she had ideas of entertaining people and showing them what she has learned. Thyme & Co has hosted many private events including food demonstrations for small groups of four to standing in front of a large crowd doing food demonstrations at the Ballycastle Maritime Festival. We also host event nights such as our "Caribbean Nights" and our up and coming "Tapas Night". Keep an eye on our socials for more information.
